Another hold up getting the keel on and yet another lesson learned – put your full body weight on a screw before trying to take it out! We didn’t, with potentially disasterous results…
This one was almost permanently stuck in the stem but thankfully Stu came to the rescue and the offending was removed.
Anyway, as that was going on, it was time to get started applying some colour to our creation and the first coat of paint was applied. More painting this week and hopefuly the keel will be on by Tuesday.
